WebMeister apologizes for the span of time without a newsletter or any new postings.
Mea Culpa!

The Spring newsletter is now sent out and is posted here on the Spring 2012 Newsletter page. Apologies as well for the lack of news for the early months of the year. More apologies for the lack of photos in the latest NL. Sadly WebMeister was out of the country for almost three months and we had no Photogs attending the luncheons this year.
When time permits, you may see some pix from Kino Bay, Sonora Mexico on the Photos page — but other things are more pressing at this time.
The MAY C-O is just around the corner. Check out the Events Schedule page for more details — i.e. dates and directions.

Due to various circumstances, it turns out all three of the last C-Os are scheduled for the SECOND week of the month. The August C-O is scheduled for Sunday thru Wednesday of the 2nd week as those were the days available for Group Site B.

September will take place the 2nd week and will be available for the full week for those who wish to stay that many days. This is to enjoy a joint C-O with the NorWest LoWs. 

The October C-O is following a schedule of the past four years — hoping to catch better weather.

Hopefully a current “catch-up” NL will be posted in the near future as well.

Winter luncheons are now underway and a very special “unofficial” Christmas Event with multiple activities is on the boards.
Attend any or all of these functions. It’s a chance for “off-season” visits; for prospective members, it’s a chance to “check us out” without committing to a four day camp-out.

Big turn-out and fabulous weather, in the 80’s each and every day. Newsletter will be posted on the October Newsletter page in a few days. Photos will also be added to the Photo page about the same time.

Now then . . .  The very last C-O of the season is coming up in just two weeks! October 10th through the 13th — check out on Friday, the 14th. There is a short distance between Sept and Oct as the October C-O is always the 2nd week of the month — hoping for better weather.
However we will have a large, enclosed building for activities at the group site in Champoeg State Park. Because of this building, it is a favorite Oct destination, however the size and number of rigs that can be accommodated in the group site is limited. Additionally more and more members have larger rigs and need to be situated in an adjacent loop.

Also, there are NO sites reserved for Sunday. If campers wish to come one day early they are on their own. Since that is the Columbus Day weekend, available first-come/first-serve sites may be quite quite limited.
